Claims for damage or loss must be submitted to the email address provided below within 15 calendar days from the due date of the shipment. No such claim is valid unless it contains reasonably sufficient information to determine the validity and amount of the claim.
The shipper shall promptly satisfy all follow-up requests for information, documents, or other items relating to the claim, and failure to do so shall be considered a waiver of such claim. RPM Delivery reserves the right to waive any claim received after 15 calendar days from the due date of the shipment. RPM Delivery is not obligated to act on any claim until the shipper pays all transportation charges and monies owed.
